Northbeam Deactivation Logic

If a merchant's Northbeam credentials became invalid (e.g., after a contract ended), the platform would not allow the user to "Deactivate" the integration because it was failing a credential validation check.

We removed the validation requirement for deactivation. Users can now successfully turn off the Northbeam integration even if the credentials are no longer active.
