Overview
Issue:
Some merchants who recently added new Amazon marketplaces to their Seller Central accounts were not seeing orders appear in their reporting. These newer marketplaces were not yet included in our platform’s marketplace coverage, which caused gaps in imported order data.
Solution:
We’ve updated our Amazon marketplace coverage to include all newly supported regions. Merchants adding new Amazon marketplaces going forward will now see their orders imported and reported correctly, with no action required.
