We're currently able to build custom Google Analytics reports, but the process is very manual: We need to get a list of fields from the query explorer and submit them to Daasity support.
We would like to be able to create them on our own from within the Daasity app for both Universal Analytics and GA4.
The builders would include:
- One for UA, one for GA4
- Dimension pickers, with dropdowns showing all of the available dimensions to choose from
- Metric pickers, with dropdowns showing all of the available dimensions to choose from
- Automatically imposed limits on dimensions & metrics so we aren't able to request more fields than allowed by the reporting API
- A way to test the combinations to ensure the dimension & metric combinations are valid before adding the report to a workflow
- A way to identify which fields should be used to compose a sync key for upserts
